A standout employee named Ruby was very helpful and showed me how to hookup, light check and de-couple the trailer before I drove off, she even helped me get the necessary ball and pin connectors installed. A wonderful person to deal with, I would do business at Diamond Storage again due to Ruby's wonderful attitude.

Building a retirement home in nearby 'Manvel' and need a practical storage facility to handle some supplementary move items before this coming July, 2018. To my delightful surprise, Diamond Storage fits the requirement most accordingly. Traveled to facility this afternoon to check on available units & to my appreciation found what I was looking for with the help of two extremely professional & efficient site employees.
